The founders of the agency Espania Estate are Elżbieta Minkina-Kwaśny and Monika Stasiczek. Elżbieta is also the owner of the real estate agency Kontrakt Plus, which has been operating since 1997 in the province of Silesia. After having her own travel agency, she maintained her passion for tourism, which inspired her to create Espania Estate. Her experience in the travel sector, combined with her love for Spain, means that we offer not only real estate properties but also a unique life experience.
Monika Stasiczek held executive positions for many years in the pharmaceutical industry, where she gained extensive experience in team management, strategic planning, and building lasting business relationships. Currently, she runs her own rapidly expanding pharmaceutical business and, at the same time, passionately invests in real estate properties in Poland and Spain, helping her clients find the ideal place to live or invest their capital.
